It is vital to note, however, that most of these use a medical-model, pathologised lens to view the autistic neurotype. It's also worth noting that they alone aren't likely to give you the whole picture. We recommend coupling this with self-exploration workbooks, reading autistic-created content about the autistic experience and reflecting on your experience.
